The Inner Connection was founded to be a spark plug and catalyst for individuals and groups to become the pebble that initiates concentric circles of light into the Universe. We would like to share an exciting new development with you that helps to underscore our continued commitment to this principle and invite you to join us in this exciting new chapter in our evolution.
Community can be created at all levels and the effect of that coming together is felt on both micro and macro levels. In tangible, physical realms as well as the spiritual, etheric dimension. We have become associated with an opportunity that integrates all of these aspects of community. It is quite rare that you encounter a company or group that not only meets these criteria, but is exponentially increasing the level of possibility for healing individuals, communities and the planet. A true example of the sum of the parts far exceeding the whole. The Amazon Herb company was founded 13 years ago on the principles of a partnership, win/win model. Through it’s unique synergistic product line, the company is aiding individuals throughout the world to achieve optimal health and healing.
THE AMAZON CONNECTION
John Easterling, the founder, has worked and traveled in the Amazon Rainforest for over 27 years. He became intimately connected with both the people and the land. He saw a calling and opportunity to help save this universal treasure that was on the verge of being lost due to the economic encroachment the indigenous people were experiencing. The tribes were being forced to sell their land rights for logging in order to survive. The plants, from his personal experience and study, held the keys to the degenerative conditions plaguing modern technological societies. He envisioned that Indigenous People could ecologically harvest the life giving botanicals as a sustainable alternative to logging. Those in industrial societies could restore their health with these botanicals. The mechanism would be a model of commerce where all parties involved would benefit. The Amazon Rainforest, would be more valuable alive than dead, would be saved from destruction. John created a model of eco-sustainabilty that has aided 18 indigenous villages in the upper Amazon Basin of Peru to become self sufficient and enhance their quality of life . This economic model has resulted in the tribes purchasing over 300,000 acres of pristine Rainforest land, as well as water purification systems, solar technology, communication systems, and many other things that have increased not only their quality of life but it has preserved the traditional ways of life as well. The Amazon Herb company has created a business model that is based on environmental consciousness. The heart of the mission is to build channels of trust and mutual respect with the Indigenous Rain forest communities. A full 10% of company profits directly benefits the indigenous people and their communities.
The Amazon Herb company is also making a dramatic difference in the health and prosperity of individuals and communities right here. This is being made possible through the consumption of the high quality herbs by folks like us, and/or by participating in the unusual business model which affords those who are interested, the possibility of abundance on all levels of existence.

The Inner Connection is a nonprofit organization which exists through donations and the proceeds from the conferences we produce. The founders, Jann Kennedy and Lori White, had the opportunity to be introduced to the Amazon Company in late October, 2003. We were so impacted by the healing power of the herbs and the high level of integrity of the company, that we decided to have The Inner Connection become a part of it as well. Because of the unique qualities of the business model, when you purchase any of the products you will be helping yourself, The Inner Connection, the Indigenous peoples of the Rain forest and the larger ecosystem of our planet. We are sure you will agree, this is a powerful leveraging of individual resources! We do have the ability to make a difference in the world in so many ways.
